Get ready Vancouver, because we are bringing sexy back this September by bringing you a brand new season of titillating burlesque. This incredible hot summer weather we have been basking in may be coming to an end, but that doesn't mean we are ready to put our clothes back on. Friday, September 20th we will kick-off a brand new season of the Taboo Revue Variety Burlesque Show by bringing you brand new acts from our wild and wacky glitter tribe. Experience bold and bawdy burlesque ranging from the very sensual to the totally bizarre, all Screaming Chicken style! While students are preparing to hit the books, we're preparing to hit the WISE Hall stage... HARD... And naked!

The world’s dirtiest mime, sultry songbirds and showgirls drunk in high heels! The Razzle Tassel Tease Show deliver a cabaret spectacle showcasing the perfect mix of glamour, seduction and fart jokes. Three passionate women with varied performance backgrounds celebrate their love of all that is strange, humorous and fantastical in Burlesque striptease!!

Is the 4th Friday of March seriously already here? Well its true and its true that Screaming Chicken are just thrilled to bring Taboo Revue back to the WISE Hall, Friday March 25th!

We have over 15 performers doing what Screaming Chicken performers do best: Entertain you by in ways you most likely have not even yet ventured in your imagination.

Taboo in Review - March 11

Badass boudoir, sassy songbirds and sketchy squirrels were only a few acts that made up this past Friday's Taboo Revue. The band of misfits took over the WISE Hall stage again and, well, see for yourself what you may have missed at our last show!

Once again the ever-so-charming Greg McKinnon caught all the awesome action on film that will make up this weeks photo review (THANK YOU GREG!)

A Flying-Banana-Clown and a giant Blue Pill hosted the evening's festivities. Well, it was really Violet Femme and Connie Lingus in disguise and they were the most fabulous Flying-Banana-Clown and giant Blue Pill to host ever!








We opened the show with some squirrel on squirrel action. The number was so silly you could even say we were nuts *pause for slap with hand on forehead* Another mad number from the mad mind of April O'Peel!












For those of you who have missed the fantastic Cabaret of Copious Curves produced by VaVa Vunderbust and Corvetta Curves in February. These ladies so graciously showcased this full-bodied, sassy number for us featuring Shea Deville, VaVa Vunderbust, April O'Peel and Corvetta Curves with the Sex Luthor.


















Bobbi Whiskey and Kitty Kitty Bang Bang show us more than their pasties. These ladies serenaded the crowd and it was oh so aurally pleasing :)



















The solo's were just smouldering. Our gorgeous girls had our crowd tingling from all the tease. The pictures are hot but the numbers were HOTTER.



































What's better than one girl dancing on a chair? I would say... FOUR GIRLS DANCING ON CHAIRS IN UNICINE! Melody Mangler, Aida Manic, VooDoo Pixie and Yum Yum Doll guide us in the sinful exploration of LUST.

Yeowza! Them gams can go for MILES!

March 11th - Taboo Time!

One week of being away from the WISE Hall is enough to drive us Chickens crazy! Crazy enough to come back with an all new Taboo Revue Variety Burlesque Show this Friday March 11th.

This means over 20 performers dancing, singing, visually stimulating, strutting, stripping and doing things I am not even sure can be described using words available in the English language (or maybe its just my limited vocabulary). That's a LOT of pasties people!

Feb 25th - More Taboo Revue!

Hey hey Chicken lovers and lovers of a good time,

The Taboo Revue Variety Burlesque Show - Vancouver's longest running burlesque show is back at the WISE Hall THIS Friday, February 25th.

We had so much fun at our last Taboo Revue (pics to be posted soon!) we are back at it with some of our favourite group numbers, super hot solos and our usual bizarre on-stage antics.
